Let the summer holiday begin!

Hey guys;

So…finally, it’s time to relax, now that the last batch of my final exams are over. To be honest, today feels really like a torture day, primarily because I had two exams, literally in a row; with only an hour of rest in between. With the conclusion of today’s final exams, the 2018-2019 academic year has officially drawn to a close, arguably one of the best, if not the best, academic year yet (most of this is thanks to the exchange program in the first semester and the awesomeness of this past semester). This past academic year was also one of the most eventful, if not the most eventful, academic year yet, with plenty of events in literally every semester (the bulk of the events are concentrated in the first and this past semesters). Time has gone by very fast, isn’t it?

So, anything exciting this summer? Well not really; except for a residential trip, which, according to the latest information I managed to obtain, is pretty much confirmed, and it will take place between August 31st and September 1st. As for the exact place, this has yet to be decided by the organizers. Other than that, there isn’t really anything exciting. A visit to my best friend’s house is almost a certainty, although we have yet to agree on a fixed date, but I did propose a date of August 1st. Other than that, nothing really to look forward to, but…of course, unexpected things can pop up out of the blue. Remember I still yet to get my inflatable whale back from my other best friend…

This upcoming summer holiday, is going to be more like a typical summer holiday, with little to do as I just mentioned. True last year’s summer was also a typical summer holiday, but there was excitement in the air throughout the holiday as the date of September 11th got closer. But this year, there is no such significant and exciting date like September 11th to look forward to; indeed, September 11th this year will just be another typical September day.

So…yeah, I guess that’s it for now; there isn’t really much to talk right now…
