So, the third week of the semester has ended, and…yep, there was one event this week that I would like to talk about, albeit a small event.
The small event in question is…another club activity, this time it was an activity organized by the art club, called ‘creative canvas’. As the name suggests, this activity involves painting on a canvas, which was pretty cool as I think this was the first time ever that I got to paint on a real canvas. The theme is nature/conservation. Since I’m suck at drawing, I decided to paint a tree standing on a field (medium-sized canvas for 60 Thai baht), and then I proceeded to paint a blue sky with clouds (small-sized canvas for 50 Thai baht). I must say, I like the second one a lot more than the first. Both of these will be put on display at a market on campus next Wednesday.
Other than that there’s the Hua Hin trip update that I already detailed in my last post so I’m not going to repeat again. But there is a day trip coming up, and it’s next Saturday, on February 1st. Yep, the first day trip for this year and this decade is literally one week before the first residential trip of this year and this decade. That’s just cool, and this day trip, combined with the food fair between February 5th and 6th and the Hua Hin trip would make a great start to the month. The trip is organized by the Rakkaew club, for your information.
So…yeah, I guess that’s it for now…
